Hi I'm O'Neil and thank you for showing an interest in OE Web Design, from Hampshire. I have a part-completed degree in Web Design and Information Technology from the University Manchester Intuition of Science and Technology, gained in 2000, and since this time have continued to learn and implement various designs both commercial and non-commercial. Having left university without completing my degree it has still given me a good insight into web designing, web editing and also the Information Technology industry.

I have worked on various projects whether they be a couple of days or for a longer period of 6 months for larger organisations, my knowledge has excelled over the years due to my previous employers providing me with larger projects and tasks which had to be complete within a deadline. My experience also covers search engine optimization and the usage of system analytics.
